Il campione olimpico Evgeni Plushenko sarà di nuovo a Pinzolo

Anche quest’anno Pinzolo si dedica al grande sport con la passione di sempre. Famoso per essere luogo prediletto da grandi club calcistici che lo scelgono per i loro ritiri estivi come la Juve fino al 2010 e l’Inter dallo scorso 2011, il paese si prepara ad accogliere anche la Mishin Mission, il team di atleti russi di pattinaggio di figura più talentuoso del momento. Il bellissimo Stadio del Ghiaccio di Pinzolo è infatti stato scelto per il quarto anno consecutivo come ideale base di allenamento per atleti di fama mondiale. Evgeni Plushenko, medaglia d’oro alle Olimpiadi di Torino 2006, due volte medaglia d’argento in altre due edizioni dei giochi olimpici (2002/2010), tre volte oro mondiale e sette volte sul trono d’Europa (l’ultimo titolo l’ha ottenuto a Gennaio 2012 in Inghilterra, a Sheffield), si allenerà con Mishin – suo coach dall’infanzia – e preparerà i programmi per la stagione preolimpica 2012/2013. Come più volte ha dichiarato,l’Italia è come una seconda patria per l’atleta russo che, proprio qui a Pinzolo ha cementato la sua amicizia con il campione e capitano juventino Alex Del Piero durante l’estate 2008. Al campo saranno presenti anche i due giovanissimi talenti del Mishin team, Artur Gachinsky, bronzo mondiale nel 2011 e argento europeo proprio dietro a Plushenko nel 2012, e Elizaveta Tuktamisheva, quindicenne detentrice dell’oro Olimpico ai Giochi junior, nel 2012 e vincitrice di due tappe del Grand Prix nel 2011. Insomma, un gruppo di atleti di livello stellare si ritroverà a Pinzolo, Val Redena, per allenarsi e costruire, nella cornice splendida delle dolomiti del Brenta, un’altra stagione spumeggiante nel firmamento del pattinaggio ai massimi livelli. Once more Pinzolo is gonna host the big sport, as usual. Famous for being a beloved place for big football clubs who choose it for their summer practice camps like Juve until 2012 and Inter since last 2011, the little village prepares itself to welcome back the Mishin Mission, the team of Russian figure skating athletes,the most talented of the moment. The beautiful Ice Stadium of Pinzolo in fact has been chosen for the fourth consecutive year as an ideal training base for world-class athletes. Evgeni Plushenko, the gold medal in Turin Olympics 2006, two silver medals in two other editions of the Olympic Games (2002/2010), three times World Gold medallist and seven times on the throne of Europe (the last title he got he earned it in January 2012 in Sheffield, UK), will train with Mishin – his coach since his childhood – and prepare programs for pre-Olympic season 2012/2013. As he repeatedly stated, Italy is like a second home to the Russian athlete, right here in Pinzolo he cemented his friendship with the great soccer player and Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero during the summer of 2008. At the camp will also present two very young talents of Mishin’s team, Artur Gachinsky, world bronze in 2011 and European silver medallist just behind Plushenko in 2012, and Elizaveta Tuktamisheva, fifteen-year old Gold junior Olympic Games winner in 2012 and winner of two stages of the Grand Prix in 2011. Briefly, a group of stellar class athletes will be practicing in Pinzolo this summer, in Val Redena, to train and develop, in the wonderful setting of Brenta Dolomites, another sparkling season in the firmament of ice figure skating stars.
